Space Creation within an Office Building, London EC1
This is an excellent example of a space creation scheme in an office building. The floor above was occupied during the course of the works. Due to the restricted head-room, it was necessary to place the beam as high as possible. There was hence no room for needle beams to be placed so the use of sacrificial stools was ideal for this situation.
